[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] On Sunday the 22nd, rain is expected nationwide in the morning. The rain, which will start from the west coast, will expand to most regions across the country and mostly stop by the afternoon. The expected precipitation amount is around 5mm.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 21st, the lowest temperature on the morning of the 22nd will be between 3 and 11 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature during the day will be between 9 and 15 degrees Celsius. Morning temperatures will be more than 5 degrees higher than the previous day, but after the rain stops in the afternoon, cold air will move southward from the northwest, making it cold again.

In the southern inland areas, fog with visibility less than 1 km is expected until around 9 a.m. The Korea Meteorological Administration has advised caution for traffic safety.

Fine dust levels will be from good to moderate across all regions. On the east coast, high waves caused by swell may overflow rocky shores or breakwaters. Special attention should be paid to coastal safety accidents.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the west sea nearshore, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the south sea nearshore, and 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the east sea nearshore. In the open sea, waves are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the west sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the south sea, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the east sea.
