Hoban Construction Launches 'Hoban Summit Grandmark' in Non-Regulated Asan Tangjeong, Nationwide Subscription Available


Hoban Construction is set to introduce a total of 3,027 households in five blocks within Galsan-ri, Tangjeong-myeon, Asan-si, Chungnam, under the name 'Hoban Summit Grandmark.' Asan-si, where the complex will be located, is one of the few non-regulated areas close to the Seoul metropolitan area, allowing nationwide subscription. Additionally, first-priority subscription is available without restrictions on existing homeowners (multi-homeowners), household heads, or re-winning limitations.


'Hoban Summit Grandmark' is attracting attention as a large-scale complex with an excellent brand and location within the Samsung Display City living zone, which is being developed as a new residential belt. The area is expected to have high future value, with multiple industrial complexes such as Samsung Display City 1 at its center, the planned expansion Samsung Display City 2, Tangjeong District (industrial complex support facilities), and Tangjeong Techno General Industrial Complex.


Tangjeong Station on Line 1 is planned near the complex, and KTX·SRT Cheonan-Asan Station is nearby. Additionally, it is adjacent to Isunsin-daero, and with the upcoming opening of the Asan-Cheonan Expressway, access to downtown Cheonan and the Seoul metropolitan area will be convenient.


Educational conditions are also excellent. The complex is adjacent to Tangjeong Mirae Elementary School, with a school site planned to the south. Prestigious schools such as Samsung High School (autonomous private high school) and Chungnam Foreign Language High School are also located nearby.


Convenient access to commercial areas centered around Cheonan-Asan Station, including E-Mart, E-Mart Traders, and Galleria Department Store, is available, along with lifestyle convenience facilities in the Mediterranean Village. Residents can also enjoy a pleasant living environment with Gokgyocheon Stream, GWP Park, and sports parks.


The complex design maximizes views. It features a south-facing layout, mainly 4-bay designs (with some exceptions), and various structures such as slab-type and tower-type buildings. It also offers flexible floor plans considering diverse consumer lifestyles. All households are composed of highly preferred exclusive areas ranging from 59㎡ to 84㎡.


Moreover, the complex is designed as a car-free zone on the ground level to ensure residents' safety, and various community facilities for health and leisure, such as healing-themed landscaping, community plazas, fitness centers, and golf practice ranges, will be provided. Guest houses will also be available for each block.


A sales official from Hoban Construction stated, "This is a branded large-scale complex of 3,027 households supplied in the Tangjeong area, which is being developed as a new residential belt. The excellent educational environment and the development of the Samsung Display City area have attracted significant interest and inquiries from buyers."


The model house will be located at 617-14 Maegok-ri, Tangjeong-myeon, Asan-si, Chungnam, and is scheduled to open in November. The expected move-in date is July 2023.
