According to real estate research firm Dr. Apartment on the 1st, the subscription supply from the 2nd to the 7th will be 20 complexes with 9,192 households. Model houses will open in 9 locations.
First, subscription applications will begin on the 2nd at one location, Asan Cantavil Central City (mixed-use complex).
On the 3rd, subscription applications will start at 10 locations including Yeoksam Central 2nd I-Park (urban lifestyle housing), Gwacheon Prugio Ortus (S1 Block), Gwacheon Prugio Eoullim Lavieno (S4 Block), Gwacheon Lesento Desiang (S5 Block), Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon Good Morning Hill Mom City 2nd, Namyangju Byeollae Xi The Star (officetel), Ulsan Gyeongnam Honorsville Signature (officetel), Gimhae Daecheongcheon Kyungdong Rinview, Gimhae Ildong Miraju The Nest, and Gwangju Munhwa Jeondang Station Elcrew SI Tower (officetel).
The S1, S4, and S5 blocks of Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town in Galhyeon-dong, Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi Province are projects supplied by the Daewoo Construction consortium (Daewoo Construction, Taeyoung Construction, Kumho Industrial). Gwacheon Prugio Ortus (S1 Block) offers 435 households ranging from 74 to 84㎡ (exclusive area), Gwacheon Prugio Eoullim Lavieno (S4 Block) offers 679 households from 84 to 120㎡, and Gwacheon Lesento Desiang (S5 Block) offers 584 households from 84 to 107㎡. The area is equipped with a wide-area transportation network that allows quick access to major Seoul downtown areas, including the subway Line 4 Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town Station (tentative name) scheduled to open in 2024, Gwacheon-daero, the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, and Gwacheon Bongdam Expressway. An elementary school site is planned near the complex, and excellent educational infrastructure such as Gwacheon High School, Gwacheon Foreign Language High School, and the Information Science Library is available.
On the 4th, subscription applications will start at five locations: Gam-il Prugio Markver (mixed-use complex), Sejong Hanlim Full Ever, Gumi I-Park The Sharp, Daegu Hoban Summit Suseong (officetel), and Wanju Sambong District WooMi Rin Ecoforet.
Gam-il Prugio Markver is a mixed-use apartment complex built by Daewoo Construction in Gam-il District 1 Block, Gam-il-dong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi Province, offering 496 households ranging from 84 to 114㎡. It is adjacent to the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway Seo Hanam IC and the Gam-il?Choi wide-area road. It is close to Songpa-gu, Gangdong-gu, and Wirye New Town, providing excellent access to the Gangnam area of Seoul and convenient living infrastructure. The residential environment is also pleasant with nearby Cheonmasan and Geumamsan mountains.
Sambong District WooMi Rin Ecoforet is a complex built by WooMi Construction in B1 Block, Sambong District, Samnye-eup, Wanju-gun, Jeonbuk, offering 818 households ranging from 69 to 84㎡. Elementary and middle school sites are planned within walking distance.
On the 6th, subscription applications will start at four locations: Suyu-dong Bukhansan Skyview, Daegu Hillstate Manchon Elfirst (officetel), Busan International Finance Center Queens W (mixed-use complex), and Gunsan Dreamville (2nd phase).
This week, nine model houses are scheduled to open. On the 6th, the following nine locations will open: Yeoju Station Humanville, Yeoju Seohae Sky Palace (mixed-use complex and officetel), Yongin Gorim District 3rd Yangwoo Naeanae The Central, Hwaseong Banjeong I-Park Castle 4th and 5th complexes, Daegu The Sharp Premier (mixed-use complex and officetel), and Ssangyong The Platinum Wando (mixed-use complex).
Meanwhile, Hwaseong Banjeong I-Park Castle 4th and 5th complexes will restrict direct visits to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will operate instead as cyber model houses.
