[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Samsung Electronics announced in its Q3 2020 earnings conference call on the 29th that "smartphone sales reached 88 million units, and tablets 9 million units."

Samsung Electronics stated, "The average selling price (ASP) of smartphones, including tablets, is $229, and the proportion of smartphones among mobile phones is in the low 90% range," adding, "While mobile phone sales in Q4 are expected to decrease compared to the previous quarter, tablet sales are anticipated to slightly increase compared to the previous quarter."
