Hanssem to Hold Contactless Moving and Move-in Expo.

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Hanssem Co., Ltd., a comprehensive home interior specialist company, announced on the 26th that it will hold an Untact Moving and Move-in Expo where customers can easily prepare for moving and move-in cleaning through its online shopping malls Hanssem Mall and Hanssem.com.

This expo, prepared for the autumn moving season, is an online expo designed to save unnecessary time and costs while improving service quality and price benefits in line with the Untact trend caused by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The expo offers various configurations across four product categories and is available at discounts of up to 35%.

The first product category includes Hanssem’s move-in cleaning, new house syndrome removal, and pest control services, backed by 50 years of expertise in residential environments.

The move-in cleaning service uses eco-friendly, safety-certified detergents applied by cleaning experts who have completed 180 hours of professional technical training. The new house syndrome removal service decomposes and removes harmful substances according to the characteristics of each space. Hanssem also conducts on-site inspections and post-inspections for quality control. Customers can choose a move-in package that includes both move-in cleaning and new house syndrome removal.

The pest control service, a 1:1 customized solution by experts, is provided by professional hygiene managers who have completed the Korea Pest Control Association’s disinfection hygiene education course. They visit homes to investigate major pests and offer tailored pest control services such as pesticide application and trap installation based on the investigation results.

The second product category includes ceramic elastic coating, grout, and coatings for sinks and bathrooms. The ceramic elastic coat is a condensation-resistant product made of ceramic material, different from the rubber-based waterproof general elastic coat. Hanssem’s ceramic elastic coat excels in preventing condensation and mold compared to general elastic coats and is fire-resistant, reducing fire risk. This newly introduced product is offered at a premium configuration at a lower price than the market during the expo.

Grout fills the gaps between tiles on verandas, entrances, and bathrooms. Commonly used cement grout is vulnerable to contamination. Hanssem uses eco-friendly grout free from carcinogens, mold, and contamination concerns.

Sink coating fills invisible micro-unevenness and pores with coating to enhance gloss and protect the sink. The bathroom coating product coats faucets, washbasins, and toilets to provide gloss and prevent water stains and mold, making cleaning easy with just water.

The third product category includes insect screens and insulation films. Hanssem’s insect screen package is divided into basic and mixed types, allowing customers to select a package and house size for easy replacement of all insect screens in the home. It especially includes a fine dust (below 10㎛) blocking function. The insulation film maintains an appropriate indoor temperature and blocks harmful ultraviolet rays entering through windows.

The fourth product category is interior reform, which allows old interiors to be changed quickly and without financial burden. Reform consists of two types: clean and film. Clean reform includes bathroom reform, which replaces old faucets or storage cabinets, and kitchen reform, which includes sink coating and silicone replacement. Film reform involves applying films to old kitchen sinks, window frames, and entrances.
