The air across the country, including the mountainous areas of Gangwon and the Gangwon East Coast where dry weather warnings are in effect, is expected to be dry.

Morning low temperatures by region are △Seoul 9°C △Incheon 11°C △Chuncheon 5°C △Gangneung 10°C △Daejeon 8°C △Daegu 8°C △Busan 11°C △Jeonju 8°C △Gwangju 9°C △Jeju 14°C, etc.

Daytime high temperatures are △Seoul 20°C △Chuncheon 19°C △Gangneung 20°C △Daejeon 20°C △Daegu 21°C △Busan 21°C △Jeonju 20°C △Gwangju 21°C △Jeju 20°C, etc.

Fine dust levels will be 'bad' across all regions. In particular, Seoul, Gyeonggi, Yeongseo in Gangwon, Sejong, and Chungbuk will experience higher concentrations due to the influx of foreign fine dust combined with domestic emissions caused by stagnant air.

The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Many inland areas will experience frost from dawn to morning tomorrow and the day after," adding, "There may be ice formation in the mountainous areas of Gangwon and northeastern Gyeongbuk, so special caution is advised to prevent damage to crops during the autumn harvest season."
