KAMCO Announces Public Leasing and Sale of 90 State-Owned Properties

KAMCO Announces Public Leasing and Sale of 90 State-Owned Properties

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) announced on the 23rd that it will lease and sell a total of 90 state-owned real estate properties through Onbid over three days from the 26th to the 28th.

KAMCO selects highly utilizable state-owned real estate and conducts leasing and sales weekly through Onbid. Since the ownership of state-owned real estate belongs to the government, there are no complicated rights issues such as mortgages or leases, making it reliable for use.

In particular, this public auction includes 45 new properties such as farmland and residential apartments, as well as 45 properties priced lower than the initial lease and sale prices.

A KAMCO official advised, "It is recommended to check the current status such as the type and location of the real estate before participating in the bidding, and to consider detailed usage conditions including any restrictions on the properties."
