Intec Digital Q3 Sales Reach 15.7 Billion KRW... Highest Quarterly Record

[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Set-top box manufacturer Intec Digital announced on the 22nd that its sales and operating profit for the third quarter of this year reached 15.7 billion KRW and 1.57 billion KRW, respectively. This marks the highest quarterly figures in the company's history.

This is a significant increase compared to the previous quarter's sales of 6.2 billion KRW and operating profit of 96 million KRW. Sales and operating profit for the same period last year were 9.5 billion KRW and a loss of 200 million KRW, respectively.

On a monthly basis, sales and operating profit were 2.55 billion KRW and 100 million KRW in July, 7.75 billion KRW and 950 million KRW in August, and 5.4 billion KRW and 520 million KRW in September.

As of the end of September this year, cumulative sales and operating profit stand at 32.3 billion KRW and 2.3 billion KRW, respectively.

No Jongseop, CEO of Intec Digital, stated, "The full-scale supply to Skylife and the increase in overseas orders have been the foundation of these strong results," adding, "Since domestic supply volume will expand from the first quarter of next year, we expect to achieve even better performance."
