AhnLab "60 Billion KRW Redeemed from 7 Billion USD Investment in Optimus"

On the 19th, AhnLab explained, "The 7 billion KRW is the cumulative investment amount, not a loss of 7 billion KRW," adding, "Out of the 7 billion KRW, 6 billion KRW has been redeemed with no loss at all, and the current balance is 1 billion KRW."

Meanwhile, it has been revealed that as many as 59 listed companies invested in the Optimus Asset Management fund. It is estimated that a significant number of these 59 listed companies lost their investments due to redemption suspensions. In the KOSPI market, food company Ottogi invested 15 billion KRW, BGF Retail 10 billion KRW, LS Electric 5 billion KRW, and Nexen 3 billion KRW. In the KOSDAQ market, listed companies include AhnLab with 7 billion KRW, JYP Entertainment with 5 billion KRW, and NHN Korea Cyber Payment with 5 billion KRW.
