Zigbang Lounge is a space provided to businesses partnered with Zigbang. It aims to expand Zigbang's online platform into the offline realm to increase touchpoints with users.
Zigbang conceived Zigbang Lounge based on the limitation of providing services to users only through online and phone channels. It decided to offer partner companies a space to meet users directly offline.
A representative example of those who can use Zigbang Lounge is construction and development companies that provide sales information on mobile platforms. With the rise of non-face-to-face sales due to the COVID-19 pandemic, more construction and development companies are not building model homes, but they can expand their contact points with users through Zigbang Lounge.
Zigbang Lounge is filled with various proptech technologies. Users can experience more immersive services through technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and three-dimensional (3D) computer graphics (CG).
The first Zigbang Lounge opened in Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The name of the first branch is 'Zigbang Lounge Hapjeong366,' symbolizing the lot number address.
Starting with Hapjeong366, Zigbang plans to create about 50 Zigbang Lounges in the metropolitan area to increase touchpoints between partner companies and users. The types of partner businesses will also expand, and partners can utilize Zigbang Lounge in various ways.
Seungwoo Ahn, CEO of Zigbang, said, "We plan to increase the number of partner companies that can use Zigbang Lounge by industry," adding, "We will enhance the value of the space by utilizing various proptech technologies and develop it into a space that connects partners and users."
