[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Junho] The Korea Broadcast Advertising Corporation (KOBACO) will recruit 10 new employees in the second half of this year.
The recruitment fields and number of positions are as follows: 3 in Marketing & Research, 3 in General Administration (Management), 3 in ICT Project Execution & Big Data Analysis, and 1 in Safety and Health Management, totaling 10 positions. Among the successful candidates, 9 will work at the headquarters except for one General Administration (Management) position assigned to the Gwangju branch - Jeonbuk office.
KOBACO, now in its sixth year of implementing blind recruitment, will evaluate applicants solely based on job competency without any restrictions on gender, region of origin, or age this year as well.
However, only those holding an Industrial Safety Engineer certification can apply for the Safety and Health Management field. There are no separate qualification restrictions for other fields such as Marketing & Research, General Administration (Management), and ICT Project Execution & Big Data Analysis. Additionally, preference will be given to persons with disabilities, low-income individuals, North Korean defectors, and multicultural families, expanding consideration for socially disadvantaged groups. Regional talents will also be given preferential treatment, emphasizing socially equitable recruitment.
Applications will be accepted from the 29th of this month until the 12th of next month, with successful candidates for the document screening announced at the end of October. The recruitment process will proceed through ▲document screening ▲written test ▲interview stages (1st and 2nd rounds), and the final successful candidates will join by the end of December.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, KOBACO will prohibit entry to the test site for confirmed cases, symptomatic contacts, and those subject to quarantine. The written test and interview stages will be conducted under strict quarantine measures, including temperature checks and respiratory symptom screening at the test site entrance.
