[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] On Tuesday the 29th, the whole country is expected to maintain mostly clear weather with only increasing clouds in the afternoon. However, caution is needed due to large temperature differences between day and night.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 28th, the minimum temperature for the next morning is forecasted to be between 9 and 17 degrees Celsius, and the maximum daytime temperature between 22 and 26 degrees Celsius. Some areas, mainly in the central inland, eastern Jeonbuk, and inland Gyeongbuk, will see morning temperatures dropping to around 10 degrees Celsius.
Dense fog is expected in some places between dawn and morning. The Meteorological Administration urged special caution for traffic safety as visibility will drop below 200 meters in inland areas nationwide. Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.
Along the East Coast, swells will continue, causing high waves to surpass breakwaters or rocky shores, so safety accidents should be avoided. Sea waves are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. Offshore wave heights are forecasted to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East and South Seas, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea.
