Son Byunghwan, NH Bank President, Inspects Emergency Response System for Chuseok Holiday


[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 27th that President Son Byung-hwan visited the Customer Happiness Center (call center) located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and the NH Integrated IT Center in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do, to inspect the emergency response system for the Chuseok holiday and encourage employees.


Nonghyup Bank will operate the Customer Happiness Center and the IT Emergency Situation Room 24 hours a day from September 30 to October 4, during the Chuseok holiday. They plan to intensively monitor the IT system operation status and strengthen the response system to ensure immediate action in case of emergencies.


President Son encouraged the employees and said, "Since financial transactions increase during the Chuseok holiday compared to usual, please make thorough preparations to minimize customer inconvenience and provide the best service."
