[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Nowon-gu (District Mayor Oh Seung-rok) held a five-party business agreement signing ceremony at 9:30 a.m. on the 25th at Seoul Technopark to provide jobs for district residents, involving Nowon-gu, specialized high schools, Seoul Technopark, the Seoul Smart Factory Supplier Council, and the NIT Mini Cluster.


This agreement is the result of collaboration between the district and six specialized high schools in the area (Gyeonggi Technical High School, Kwangwoon Technical High School, Dongsan Information High School, Mirae Industrial High School, Seoul IT High School, Induk Science High School), the Seoul Smart Factory Supplier Council with 16 member companies, and the NIT Mini Cluster, which includes about 136 companies, to jointly address job creation issues.


They will share job-related information and promote achievements.


Additionally, they will provide specialized high school students with necessary education and training locations for employment, and utilize field training and job experience to enable companies to hire talent needed by their businesses.


Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, expressed expectations, saying, “This five-party business agreement is unprecedented and is expected to provide employment opportunities for Nowon-gu residents and specialized high school students, as well as greatly help small and medium-sized enterprises solve their recruitment difficulties.”
