[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] Korea Expressway Corporation's Ulsan-Pohang Expressway, Pohang-bound Oedong Rest Area announced on the 24th that it will distribute disposable masks for free to takeout customers during the Chuseok holiday.

During this Chuseok holiday, according to the government's strengthened quarantine measures related to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), indoor seating at highway rest facilities is prohibited, and only takeout sales are allowed.

A rest area official said, "We prepared an event to give away masks for free to customers who are inconvenienced by not being able to eat inside the rest area," adding, "We will continue to expand services for customers suffering from COVID-19."
