'Competency Analysis and Company Recommendations with AI'... Incheon City Operates Online Employment Support Program Incheon City Hall

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon City announced on the 23rd that it will operate the 'Online Employment Competency Analysis and Video Employment Consulting' service until the end of the year to help job seekers easily prepare for employment using PCs and smartphones.

This is to support job seekers who find it difficult to engage in face-to-face employment activities such as visiting employment support centers directly due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.

The online employment competency analysis provides comprehensive career information by analyzing the job seeker's experience and self-diagnostic test results.

When a job seeker selects a desired job, completes experience exploration and diagnostic tests, an AI-based program guides the job seeker to suitable jobs through a job competency recommendation report, and recommends companies currently hiring for those jobs in real-time on Worknet and JobKorea.

Video employment consulting is a service that allows job seekers to receive career and employment consulting from professional consultants anytime and anywhere based on the results of the employment competency analysis.

Job seekers can choose one of four consulting topics: interpretation of the employment competency analysis report, career and employment support, application document revision, or interview preparation, and receive one-on-one video consulting at the reserved time.

The online employment competency analysis and video employment consulting services can be applied for at the Incheon Job Portal (http://www.incheon.go.kr/job) and the 2020 Incheon Job Fair website (http://www.incheonjob.co.kr).

The city has been holding the online job fair '2020 Incheon Job Fair' since the 10th of last month to help job seekers struggling due to COVID-19.

An Incheon City official stated, "As demand for non-face-to-face employment support services among job seekers is increasing amid the COVID-19 situation, we will continuously prepare and provide various employment support programs."
