Korea Quality Foundation Announces Recruitment for Trainees in "Public Procurement and Sales Expert Course in Manufacturing Services"

The Korea Foundation for Quality (KFQ), selected as a training institution for the 'Customized New Deal Jobs for Companies' project organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, is recruiting trainees to participate in the public procurement and sales expert course in the manufacturing service sector until October 12.

The 'Customized New Deal Jobs for Companies' project supports stable employment connections through practical education and internships for job seekers aged 18 to 39 residing in Seoul, targeting companies located within Seoul.

KFQ is the first ISO (Quality Management System) certification body in Korea, responsible for certifying various domestic and international companies, and has numerous large and medium-sized enterprise members in the manufacturing service sector.

The public procurement market is valued at 120 trillion KRW domestically and 61 billion USD overseas, with 350,000 companies competing fiercely in the domestic market. Especially, due to the successful COVID-19 quarantine measures, overseas procurement demand for Korean companies has increased, creating a K-special market. Additionally, as the market size and participating companies grow, securing excellent talent in this field has become urgent.

Accordingly, prior to proceeding with this project, KFQ has prepared a public procurement and domestic and international sales expert course in the manufacturing and service sectors to identify the demand for professional personnel recruitment to enhance domestic companies' competitiveness in the procurement market and meet the needs for overseas market expansion, and to train personnel suited to this demand.

This two-month course is fully free of charge, providing systematic employment support through job consulting and employment portfolio creation. Trainees will receive an education allowance of up to 740,000 KRW, and after completing the training evaluation process, they will be offered a three-month internship opportunity at KFQ member companies with a monthly salary of up to 2,220,000 KRW and enrollment in the four major social insurances, ensuring stable employment support.

For more details and application, please check the announcements on the KFQ Employment Support Center website.
