LEGO Group Unveils ZX 8000 Sneakers in Collaboration with Adidas

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon]The LEGO Group unveiled the limited edition sneakers 'Adidas Originals ZX 8000 LEGO' on the 22nd, created in collaboration with Adidas.

Adidas is conducting the 'A-ZX' project to celebrate the history and future of the ZX series. They are sequentially releasing unique sneakers created in collaboration with global partners representing each of the 26 alphabets from A to Z. Among them, the letter L was represented by the collaboration with LEGO, and a teaser was released on the LEGO Group's official YouTube channel on the 3rd of this month, attracting great interest among LEGO and sneaker enthusiasts.

The ZX 8000 LEGO features an upper made of colorful mesh material embodying LEGO's classic charm, combined with synthetic suede and a rubber outsole. The iconic studs (circular protrusions) of LEGO bricks were applied to the heel, lace loops, and dubrae of the sneakers, adding aesthetic value to the design. Six different colored shoelaces for customization and LEGO brick lace decorations are also included.

The product will be available from the 25th at the official Adidas online store and major Adidas stores. The price is 169,000 KRW.
