According to the Suncheon Police Station in Jeollanam-do on the 17th, at around 9:35 PM on the 16th, a 1-ton cargo truck driven by A (66) collided with the rear of a 1-ton cargo truck driven by B (59) on the road towards Beolgyo in Byeollyang-myeon, Suncheon City, and then crashed into the wall of a nearby gas station.
As a result of the collision, B's cargo truck lost balance and overturned sideways, and a following passenger car hit the overturned cargo truck, causing a secondary accident.
A was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital but was reported dead.
B and the passenger car driver were also injured and are receiving hospital treatment.
The police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
