Jipdak, Interior 'Real-Time Site Inspection' Service

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Jipdak announced on the 1st that it will implement a 'Real-time Site Check' service that allows users to check the status of interior construction and related information through its application (app).

Jipdak's Real-time Site Check service was established to transparently disclose the construction process to customers and provide high-quality interior services. In the past, customers had to use separate communication methods such as text messages and phone calls to inquire about the construction status, but with the introduction of this service, they can now quickly and easily check it via their smartphones.

The service is jointly operated by Jipdak's interior specialists and Jipdakmen who manage the construction sites. As soon as images of the site taken during each construction phase and the corresponding comments are uploaded to the administrator-only system, customers can check them through the Jipdak app.

The Real-time Site Check provides basic information such as the customer's request details, contract information, and expected completion date, as well as detailed information including the fulfillment of customer requests. The service can be accessed in the construction details section within the Jipdak app.
