[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on the 30th that it will hold the 2020 Korea Win-Win Job Online Fair in collaboration with the Genie Forum Organizing Committee.


The Win-Win Job Online Fair will be held as a side event of the Global Emerging Economy Network Forum (Genie Forum), which takes place from August 31 to September 1.


Since the 24th, the Small and Medium Business Corporation has been recruiting companies and job seekers wishing to participate in the job fair. The 54 recruiting companies that completed pre-matching and job seekers will conduct real-time online interviews from September 1 to 7.


The Small and Medium Business Corporation provides an online platform to facilitate smooth non-face-to-face interviews, helping connect recruiting companies and job seekers. Additionally, even after the job fair ends, support for job matching will continue through the Corporate Workforce Difficulty Center.


In particular, side events such as artificial intelligence (AI) interview experiences and resume consulting will be offered free of charge at the job fair. Job seekers who did not apply to participate in the event can also join online, supporting the enhancement of their employment capabilities.


Kim Hyungsu, Head of the Job Division at the Small and Medium Business Corporation, emphasized, "We will actively support the creation of new jobs through online job matching and video interviews by shifting the support method for small and medium ventures to a non-face-to-face and digital-centered approach."
