[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Korea Southern Power announced on the 25th that it will recruit 150 new employees, including internship-type recruits, from the 1st to the 8th of next month.
This recruitment will select talents in various fields such as office, ICT, mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil engineering, and architecture, including college and high school graduate internship-type recruits, as well as new employees in industrial safety and industrial health, and professional experienced positions related to legal affairs, PF, and industrial safety.
Recruitment for persons with disabilities and veterans will also be conducted to expand social equity hiring.
Applications for new employees and detailed schedules related to recruitment can be found on the recruitment website (https://kospo1.saramin.co.kr). However, due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the recruitment schedule may be adjusted.
The selection of new employees follows a competency-based blind recruitment method based on the National Competency Standards (NCS). The process will proceed through document screening, written test, and interview, and the final successful candidates will be announced on November 24.
Korea Southern Power plans to follow infectious disease prevention guidelines during the written and interview stages. In particular, the second interview will be conducted online to minimize face-to-face contact.
