Fashion Platform 'Musinsa' Moves In, Anticipated Synergy as Growth Partner
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Sparkplus, a shared office company led by CEO Mok Jin-geon, announced on the 11th that it has opened its 15th branch, Seongsu 2nd Branch. Seongsu 2nd Branch is the second location in the Seongsu area following the Seongsu branch opened by Sparkplus in January last year. It operates a total of six floors from basement level 1 to the 5th floor above ground, with a rental area of approximately 5,600㎡, accommodating around 900 people.
This Seongsu 2nd Branch features an interior concept reflecting the free and creative atmosphere of Seongsu-dong. It emphasizes a bright and sophisticated ambiance with white exposed ceilings, contrasting colorful spaces, and metal furniture.
Additionally, it offers a photo studio designed with consulting from professional photographers and video conference rooms for non-face-to-face work. On one side of the first-floor common lounge wall, there is an unmanned fresh food store where premium food and beverages created by professional chefs and nutritionists can be purchased.
Notably, the headquarters of Musinsa, an online fashion platform, has moved into Seongsu 2nd Branch, drawing attention. Sparkplus focused on building an optimized work environment as a growth partner for Musinsa, which leads the fashion e-commerce market. The basement level 1 and the 1st, 4th, and 5th floors used by Musinsa apply Sparkplus’s 'Custom Office Service,' which configures spaces according to tenant needs. Since Musinsa frequently collaborates with global brands, street fashion companies, and emerging designers, various meeting rooms and exclusive lounges have been prepared.
Mok Jin-geon, CEO of Sparkplus, stated, "Seongsu 2nd Branch will play an important engine role in expanding influence in the Seongsu area by providing trendy workspaces and services based on an excellent location."
