According to Jeonbuk health authorities on the 10th, the Asan City Health Center in Chungnam requested the Namwon City Health Center around 3 p.m. to track the movements within the province of patient A (in his 50s), the 24th confirmed case in Asan.

Patient A visited a restaurant in Namwon with a business partner and an acquaintance couple on the 5th between 5:50 p.m. and 8:40 p.m., and departed from Namwon to Seoul around 9 p.m.

On the following day, the 6th, patient A developed a sore throat, and on the 7th, after being notified as a contact of the 90th confirmed case in Goyang City (contacted on August 3), a specimen was collected at the Asan City Health Center, and on the 8th, he tested positive for COVID-19.

The Namwon City Health Center disinfected the restaurant after reviewing CCTV footage and plans to begin managing self-quarantine by identifying additional contacts.
