On the 10th, according to the Gumi Police Station in Gyeongbuk, Police Officer A (31) from the Goryeong Police Station is under investigation on charges of filming using a camera under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act.
On the 8th, Officer A drank with a group of four at a bar in Gumi City and then moved together to his girlfriend B's lodging.
Officer A spent the night with B in the living room, while their friends (two women and one man) stayed in the master bedroom.
That night, one of B's friends who was sleeping in the master bedroom discovered Officer A secretly filming B's body with his cellphone in the living room and reported it to the police.
Officer A denied the crime, but one photo taken below B's knees was found on his cellphone.
The police who arrived at the scene arrested Officer A in flagrante delicto, seized his cellphone, and requested digital forensic analysis.
