[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] The Seocho District Council (Chairperson Kim Ansook) visited the Seocho District Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, which has been maintaining an emergency duty system due to continuous heavy rain, on the 10th.

Chairperson Kim Ansook and the chairpersons of the Seocho District Council visited the Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters located on the 4th floor of the district office, expressed their gratitude to the public officials on emergency duty, and urged active efforts to minimize damage caused by the ongoing rainy season.

Chairperson Kim Ansook stated, “I earnestly ask the relevant public officials and related organizations to make efforts to minimize damage caused by this heavy rain and to work hard to prevent secondary safety accidents that may occur due to fallen trees and potholes.” She added, “I hope the staff responding to the prolonged rainy season take special care of their health and do their best until the rainy season ends.”
