Recently Identified Contact with Confirmed Case in Eunpyeong-gu

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the 9th, the 43rd confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) occurred in Seodaemun-gu.

The confirmed patient is a resident of Yeonhui-dong who was tested at the screening clinic of Jung-gu Public Health Center in Seoul on the 8th, and was confirmed positive for COVID-19 on the morning of the 9th, then transferred to a treatment hospital in the afternoon of the same day.

Seodaemun-gu conducted disinfection around the residence of the 43rd confirmed patient.

The district has identified that this confirmed patient recently had contact with a confirmed case from Eunpyeong-gu, and plans to investigate the detailed movement route and disclose it on the district's website.
