On this day, 'King of Mask Singer' featured the first-round performances of new masked singers challenging Rose Lady's five consecutive wins. The second match of the first round was between the Virgin Ghost and the Bachelor Ghost. The Virgin Ghost, who performed Shinhwa's "Eussa Eussa," was chosen by the judging panel to advance to the second round.

The Bachelor Ghost, who rearranged Yoo San-seul's "Hapjeong Station Exit 5" into an EDM version, was revealed to be Shin Cheol, the rapper from 'Cheol-i and Miae.' MC Kim Sung-joo emphasized that it was the first EDM stage on 'King of Mask Singer.' Shin Cheol explained, "I wanted to approach the audience more familiarly with an EDM stage on 'King of Mask Singer,' which is watched by all generations."

Additionally, the judging panel's cool member Kim Sung-soo did not give a congratulatory gift, while fellow group member Lee Je-hoon gave a lot, which brought laughter. Shin Cheol also shared his aspirations, saying, "I have been an active DJ for over 30 years, and I plan to continue until I turn seventy, then enjoy life afterward. I have 10 years left, so please support me."
