Renault Samsung Offers Flood-Damaged Vehicle Repair and Free Towing Service

[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Renault Samsung Motors announced on the 7th that it will provide special support services, including repair cost assistance and free towing services, until September for Renault Samsung customers who suffered vehicle damage and flooding due to the recent nationwide heavy rains.

This service will be available at Renault Samsung’s nationwide direct and partner service centers. Customers undergoing insurance repairs will receive full coverage of their deductible (excess) up to 500,000 KRW, while customers opting for paid repairs (non-insurance) will receive a 30% discount on repair costs, including parts and labor, up to a maximum of 5 million KRW.

Additionally, for repair costs exceeding the vehicle value compensated by the insurance company, customers can receive overlapping discounts through Renault Samsung’s 'My Car Love Repair Cost Support Program.' Furthermore, by using the lifetime towing service provided by Renault Samsung’s after-sales service (A/S) brand ‘Auto Solution,’ customers can enjoy free towing to the nearest service center.
