Sold Out 'Opera Carnival 2020' Encore Performance at Lotte Concert Hall

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Byung-hee] The concert "Opera Carnival 2020," featuring vocalists from the classical concert planning company Art & Artist, will hold an encore performance on the 14th at Lotte Concert Hall.

Opera Carnival 2020 was held last month on the 11th at the Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall, and due to a full house, this encore stage has been arranged.

The encore performance will feature bass Son Hye-su, who has been actively performing mainly in Germany since 2000, baritone Kim Ju-taek, who is active in Italian theaters, tenor Kim Seung-jik, who has begun to gain recognition on the world stage with his natural beautiful voice, tenor Kim Hyun-su and bass Son Tae-jin from the popera group Forte di Quattro, tenor Jung Philip with a healthy tone and clear voice, and lyric tenor Kim Min-seok with a pure and healthy high pitch.

They will perform art pop songs by representative composers such as Kim Hyo-geun and Yoon Hak-jun, as well as famous opera arias from Gounod's "Faust," Puccini's "Tosca," Verdi's "Don Carlo," and Wagner's "Tannh?user." Additionally, baritone Kim Ju-taek will newly present a famous aria from the opera "Rigoletto," and tenor Kim Min-seok will perform a famous aria from the opera "Werther."

Soko, the first baritone vocalist from Fiji who gained attention by appearing on JTBC's "Phantom Singer 3," will appear as a special guest. Soko will perform two songs that were greatly loved on the show, "First Love" and "I Will Hug You Tight."
