[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] As the water level of the Han River has decreased, traffic on the Yeoui Upper and Lower ICs of Seoul Olympic-daero resumed around 4:10 a.m. on the 4th.

However, both directions of Jamsu Bridge have been completely closed for three consecutive days. As of 8:40 a.m. on the same day, the water level at Jamsu Bridge was 7.62m. The bridge restricts vehicle traffic when the water level exceeds 6.2m and becomes fully submerged when it reaches 6.5m or higher.

Additionally, traffic in both directions remains restricted at the southern end of Banghwa Bridge at Gaegapmun Lock.

Currently, in Seoul, there are no other roads closed except for Jamsu Bridge and Gaegapmun Lock. A police official explained, "Traffic will resume once the Han River water level drops and the danger level at Jamsu Bridge is lifted."
