The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on the 13th that the Personal Information Disclosure Committee decided to release Nam's personal information. Nam is expected to show his face as he is transferred from the detention center at Jongno Police Station in Seoul to the prosecution at 8 a.m. that day.
Nam, a paid member of the Baksa Room, is charged with assisting Jo in luring victims and participating in the production of sexually exploitative materials (charges include joining a criminal organization, violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes, coercion, etc.). He is also accused of threatening victims by imitating Jo's crimes.
The police applied twice for an arrest warrant for Nam and finally detained him on the 6th of this month.
