'Hamyang County Governor Hosts Expanded Executive Meeting'

After Greetings, Emphasize 'Thorough Work Handover' and 'Minimizing Civil Complaints Inconvenience'

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 7th that it held an expanded executive meeting presided over by County Governor Seo Chun-soo in the county office's large conference room, reporting on important pending projects to be promoted by each department and requesting cooperation from each department for smooth project promotion.

Governor Seo ordered, "Please thoroughly carry out the handover of duties due to personnel changes in the second half of the year to ensure that there is no gap in civil complaint handling," and urged, "There should be no inconvenience such as delays in civil complaint processing just because the person in charge has changed, and please carry out administration without any leakage."

He also emphasized, "As the second half of the 7th local government term has officially begun, let us lead the development of our county by discovering mid- to long-term projects and steadily promoting pending projects."

Along with this, he asked for strict adherence to social distancing and personal hygiene rules to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), thorough safety management of disaster-prone areas in preparation for the rainy season, securing national and provincial funds, plans to increase the population, improvement of integrity, and steady progress on pending projects.

Governor Seo stated, "Due to COVID-19, the Hamyang Sansam Anti-Aging Expo has been postponed and it has been finally decided to be held for 31 days from September 10 to October 10, 2021," and added, "This is an important time to prepare improvement measures through analysis of issues caused by the postponement and to carry out thorough promotion, so please do your best."
