[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] The Jeonnam Education Research and Information Institute announced on the 7th that it will conduct 'Administrative Informatization Education' for faculty members at five regional base institutions across Jeonnam province.
Originally planned for April but postponed due to COVID-19, this training is scheduled to take place from July through December.
The administrative informatization education is designed to enhance faculty members' informatization job skills and raise awareness of information security, and the number of participants will be reduced to practice social distancing in daily life.
In addition to disinfecting the training rooms, the institute plans to ensure safe education by measuring body temperature before entry, requiring mask-wearing during training, and maintaining distance between trainees.
Director Jeong Gyeong-mo said, "Although group training is difficult due to COVID-19, it is also important not to miss informatization education for members of educational institutions," adding, "Through improving informatization job skills and raising awareness of information security, such as K-Edufine and level-based office automation practice, we hope this will be an opportunity for more efficient work processing in educational settings."
