Gwanak-gu 127th Confirmed Case Visited Gym, Bowling Alley, and Karaoke (Update)

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] Seoul Gwanak-gu announced the epidemiological investigation results of 3 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the 6th.

According to Gwanak-gu, patient number 127, who was confirmed positive on the 3rd in the district, visited a gym, a general restaurant, a clothing store, a bowling alley, a cafe, and a karaoke room. Patient number 128 visited a mart and a sewing factory. Patient number 129 was found to have visited a general restaurant. The district explained that all places included in the movement routes have been disinfected.

The movement routes of the confirmed patients include Black Multi Gym (Gwanak-ro 217), Myeongdong Kalguksu Shabu-shabu (Sillim-ro 330, Podomall 8th floor), Wonder Place (Sillim-ro 330, Podomall 1st floor), J&J Bowling Center (Sillim-ro 340, Renaissance Shopping Mall 4th floor), Gongcha Podomall Branch (Sillim-ro 330, Podomall B1),

and One Two Three Karaoke (Sillim-ro 329).

The movement routes of COVID-19 patient number 128 include Jungang Discount Mart (Gwanak-ro 211), Segwang Mode (Bongcheon-ro 31-gil 6), and Bonjuk Seoul National University Entrance Station Branch (Gwanak-ro 237), among others.

Gwanak-gu stated, "The recent community spread of COVID-19 continues," and added, "Especially, as the proportion of patients with unknown infection routes is increasing, we strongly ask everyone to refrain from small gatherings and to strictly follow daily quarantine guidelines."

Meanwhile, as of 6 p.m. on the same day, the cumulative number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Seoul was reported to have increased by 3 to 1,375.
