Hoban Launches 'Hoban Summit Signature' in Dangjin, Chungnam... 8.7 Million KRW per 3.3㎡

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Hoban Construction announced on the 3rd that it opened the model house for 'Hoban Summit Signature' in RH-1 Block, Sucheong 2 District, Dangjin-si, Chungnam, and will begin full-scale sales. The average sale price is around 8.7 million KRW per 3.3㎡.

This complex is the first 'Hoban Summit' brand apartment supplied in Dangjin-si and will be located near Dangjin City Hall, considered the city center. It is planned with a total of 1,084 households across 12 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, all consisting of a single exclusive area of 84㎡. Hoban Summit Signature is subject to the price ceiling system, setting the average sale price at around 8.7 million KRW per 3.3㎡. The contract deposit is 10%, and intermediate payments are interest-free to reduce the burden on consumers. Also, Dangjin-si, where this complex is supplied, is a non-regulated area, so anyone aged 19 or older who has been subscribed to a subscription savings account for more than six months and resides not only in Dangjin-si but also in nearby Chungnam, Daejeon, or Sejong can apply. The supply is 40% by point system and 60% by lottery, widening the chances for homeowners as well. The resale restriction period is one year.

Hoban Construction plans to make this complex a landmark in Dangjin-si through various product differentiations. Special supply begins on the 14th, followed by first-priority subscription on the 15th and second-priority subscription on the 16th. The announcement of winners is scheduled for the 22nd. Contracts will be signed over three days from the 4th to the 6th of next month. Move-in is planned for December 2022.
