Lotte Hotel La Seine Launches 'Cheer Up Medical Staff, Together with Korea' Promotion

[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Lotte Hotel announced on the 2nd that it will carry out the 'Cheer Up Medical Staff, Together with Korea' promotion to express gratitude to medical personnel who are working hard on the front lines of COVID-19 prevention.

The promotion, held at the buffet restaurant La Seine in 'Lotte Hotel World' until August 31, offers benefits for up to four people including one medical professional. When using La Seine, presenting a medical license or certification as proof allows a 50% discount on weekday lunch, 30% discount on weekday dinner, and 20% discount on weekends and public holidays.

Lotte Hotel World La Seine is fully committed to customer hygiene and safety management by requiring QR code presentation upon entry, temperature checks, mandatory mask-wearing, providing hand sanitizers, offering hygiene gloves at every table, and frequent disinfection.

Lotte Hotel World is also running a dessert buffet promotion available only in summer. At the ‘Lounge & Brasserie’ of Lotte Hotel World, the seasonal watermelon dessert buffet ‘Apple Watermelon in a Strange World’ will be held every weekend from the 4th until September 27.

Guests can enjoy over 20 types of desserts made with various watermelons boasting high sweetness, such as apple watermelon, yellow-fleshed mango watermelon, and striped watermelon, including fresh cream cakes, dacquoise, jelly, and macarons. Additionally, salads, sandwiches, abalone butter grill prepared live by the chef, and sweet and sour mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) that stimulate the summer appetite are also available as satisfying meal options.

The buffet runs every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The price is 55,000 KRW for adults and 32,000 KRW for children (49 months to 12 years old). Reservations can be made by phone, and a 15% discount (for adults) is available when purchasing through the Naver ‘Lotte Hotel Jamsil Shop’ page.

Meanwhile, since March, Lotte Hotel has been continuing various social contribution activities to overcome the COVID-19 crisis together, including donating red bean bread for medical staff, delivering support messages using room lighting, and a win-win project to help tomato farmers.
