[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Uhm Jung-hwa revealed the 'ketogenic diet' as a healthy way to lose weight.

On the 21st episode of SBS's 'Master in the House,' while the members were planting persimmon trees, Yang Se-hyung decided to help Uhm Jung-hwa prepare dinner.

Uhm Jung-hwa stated, "These days, I am following a low-carb, high-fat diet. It's called the ketogenic diet." She said she would make gimbap without carbohydrates, pork cutlet without breadcrumbs, and rice cake soup without rice cakes.

That day, Uhm Jung-hwa cooked rice using solid konjac rice, soaked konjac rice, and only one-tenth the amount of regular rice. Then, she made konjac gimbap.

Uhm Jung-hwa said, "I found the perfect ratio," mixing konjac rice and regular rice in an appropriate proportion to cook the rice.

Yang Se-hyung said, "Please really tell me. This is my favorite rice. I could eat this rice for life."

Also, Uhm Jung-hwa made low-carb, high-fat pork cutlet by using fried pig skin powder instead of breadcrumbs.

She added, "Rather than losing weight, I had been taking sleeping pills for a long time, but after doing this, I stopped taking them," explaining, "I started this to balance my hormones and think about my health."
