Louvre Museum Encountered on Screen

Megabox announced on the 15th that it will resume the 'Cine Docent' program, which was suspended due to the spread of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), on the 22nd. This lecture program provides easy and enjoyable expert explanations about the culture and art history of world-famous museums. This year, the curriculum, which was previously limited to Western European museums, will be expanded to include Russia and the United States. Twenty world museums will be covered in fourteen lectures.

The first session will start with the Louvre Museum in France. It will showcase the vast collection of exhibited works and share various art stories. Next month, the program will highlight the Vincent van Gogh Museum and Kr?ller-M?ller Museum in Amsterdam, Netherlands, followed by the British Museum and the National Gallery in London, UK. The guide will be art historian Hyunbae Ahn, who studied art history and fine arts in France. Participants will receive photo cards and bookmarks featuring images of the museums. The price is 12,000 KRW. For more details, please refer to the Megabox website or mobile app.
