'Master in the House' Um Jung-hwa Reveals Luxury House... What Are Her Single Life Rules?

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jeong-ho] Singer and actress Uhm Jung-hwa revealed her luxury house.

On the afternoon of the 14th, SBS's 'Master in the House' aired an episode featuring Uhm Jung-hwa as the master.

In the broadcast, Uhm Jung-hwa piqued curiosity by sharing her single life rules with her disciples.

First, she explained that the most important thing is "to find one thing to enjoy without restrictions all year round."

Furthermore, she said that yoga and music are always with her.

Additionally, Uhm Jung-hwa explained the reason she started yoga: "A few years ago, while working on a project, I became mentally exhausted and developed panic disorder. I realized I couldn't breathe. It was so painful and difficult that I started doing yoga, and I do yoga to breathe well."

She added, "I do it every day with the thought of embracing my ailing self. Let's breathe slowly, little by little," and continued, "A little bit every day. If you miss a day, you can do it the next day. Whenever I want, I do it little by little like that."

That day, Uhm Jung-hwa revealed her house on the show for the first time. Upon opening the door, her pet dog Super warmly greeted her. Following Super inside, the house caught attention with its tasteful interior design.

Stepping out onto the terrace, there was a yard full of plants personally grown by the master. Also, throughout the house, flowers and items containing Uhm Jung-hwa's memories were displayed.

Regarding an old sofa, Uhm Jung-hwa said, "The reason I can't replace this sofa is because it holds memories with my long-time dog. So even though it’s stained, I can't throw it away," evoking sympathy from those around her. Afterwards, she wiped away tears recalling memories with her pet dog Tangle.

About the second single life rule, Uhm Jung-hwa said, "Don't neglect yourself; take care of yourself," and added, "It's not about doing these things because I'm alone, but I think it's important to start with small things for myself."
