Flitto Signs 800 Million KRW Contract with US IT Company

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Flitto announced on the 10th that it has signed a 'corpus' sales contract with a US-based information technology (IT) company. The confirmed contract amount is 158.68 million KRW, and if certain conditions are met, the total contract amount will increase to 773.85 million KRW.

The company stated, "This contract is a conditional agreement based on a total of three milestone stages, where delivery to the next stage is possible only after delivery and client approval at each stage," and added, "As of the date of submission of the disclosure documents, deliveries and contract amount settlements for the first and second stages have been completed."
