Two More COVID-19 Cases Confirmed Related to Coupang Logistics Center in Bucheon

[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] Two additional confirmed cases of COVID-19 related to the Coupang Bucheon Logistics Center have been reported in Bucheon City, Gyeonggi Province.

On the 6th, Bucheon City announced that A (63, male), a resident of Jung-dong, and B (19, male), a resident of Wonjong-dong, tested positive for COVID-19.

It was confirmed that Mr. A recently came into contact with a worker who tested positive after working at the Bucheon Coupang Logistics Center on the 24th of last month. Mr. B was also identified as infected in connection with the Bucheon Coupang Logistics Center, but it has not been confirmed whether he worked at the center. Mr. B was under self-quarantine and tested positive in a test conducted before the quarantine was lifted.

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Bucheon stands at 131 as of this afternoon.
