[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Nosik] Lee Hoon, president of the Jaegyeong Sandong-myeon Hometown Association from Namwon (photo), donated 1,120 insecticides for flies and mosquitoes (worth 4.2 million KRW) as supplies, urging efforts to prevent pests and diseases this coming summer.

The donated mosquito repellents are scheduled to be distributed to 1,031 households in 15 villages within the jurisdiction, as well as village senior centers and related organizations.

President Lee Hoon stated, “I donated mosquito repellents with a small hope that the elderly in my hometown of Sandong-myeon will safely get through the summer season,” expressing his wish that this will be a small contribution to the Sandong-myeon Village Love Movement.
