[Breaking] Lee Jae-myung: "I Will Bear Criticism and Take Responsibility for Assembly Restriction Orders on Logistics Centers"

[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] Lee Jae-myung, Governor of Gyeonggi Province, stated on the 1st, "I will take responsibility and endure criticism regarding the gathering restriction orders for general workplaces such as logistics centers."

On the afternoon of the same day, Governor Lee wrote on Facebook, "Until now, quarantine guidelines for businesses were merely recommendations, so if they were not followed, there were no consequences. Since businesses aim for profit, there were cases where quarantine guidelines were violated to gain benefits," adding, "If quarantine guidelines are not followed, all members of the community could be put at risk, so sanctions for violations are inevitable for public safety."
