[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] The National Seoul National Cemetery announced on the 29th that it will restrict visits by the general public from the 1st to the 14th of next month.
This measure is due to the temporary suspension of operations at public and multi-use facilities in the Seoul metropolitan area to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Considering the COVID-19 spread situation, there is a possibility of further extension.
However, on Memorial Day, the 6th of next month, individual visits will be allowed upon request.
Additionally, during the visit restriction period, only those who have made prior reservations and received approval will be exceptionally permitted entry.
