Korea Exchange Extends Deadline to May 19 for Decision on Whether ShillaJen Is Subject to Substantive Review

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] The Korea Exchange has postponed the decision on whether to subject SillaJen to a substantive review for listing eligibility until June 19.

The KOSDAQ Market Division of the Korea Exchange announced on the 29th through a public notice that "considering the need for additional investigation to determine whether a substantive review is necessary, the investigation period will be extended."

Accordingly, the Exchange will decide whether SillaJen will be subject to the substantive review within 15 business days from today, by June 19.
