Gwangju Bohuncheong Hosts '2020 Work Design Meeting'

The 2020 Work Design Meeting was promoted as a key project this year to thoroughly examine the detailed flow from the process to the results of veterans affairs related to government and regulatory innovation and proactive administration, and to identify and improve customer inconveniences.

Through the meeting, various inconvenience improvement tasks were identified, including improvement plans for the payment system of specialized commissioned education expenses for discharged veterans.

The Gwangju Regional Veterans Affairs Office plans to classify these as short- and long-term improvement tasks and seek improvement measures through policy proposals and other methods during the monthly communication meetings hosted by the headquarters.
