The first complex among the Jeju Island regional housing association projects to date will break ground in the first week of June.
Located at 954-1 Doryeon 1(il)-dong, it will consist of a total of 160 households, and construction will begin under a contract with Shinil Construction, named Doryeon Shinil Happy Tree.
At the time of the promotional center opening, the site smoothly completed member recruitment within about a month due to the premium large-scale complex in Jeju Island and excellent interior design.
Completion is scheduled for September 2021.
