‘IAn La Scala’ in Jeju English Education City Living Zone with Transfer Rights, Attracting Demand Interest

‘Ian La Scala,’ a private music academy house mixed-use complex near Jeju English Education City, officially grand opened on May 27 and announced the start of full-scale sales.

Recently, with the plan to convert foreign language high schools, international high schools, and autonomous private high schools into general high schools by 2025 being confirmed, demand for differentiated education as well as early study abroad demand preparing for overseas education is turning their attention to international schools within Jeju English Education City. As this situation continues, the sales market in residential areas near Jeju English Education City is gaining attention.

Located in 820-1 Hamo-ri, Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo City, ‘Ian La Scala’ is a complex with three basement floors and ten above-ground floors, initially offering 49 units in the first phase. As a landmark in the central commercial district of Daejeong-eup, it boasts a premium panoramic view from the highest floor in the area at 10 stories, featuring specialized designs such as duplex penthouses and rooftop gardens. For residents’ convenience, an underground parking lot and two shuttle buses will be operated.

In particular, residents of ‘Ian La Scala’ will receive priority admission and lesson fee discounts at Jeju International Music Academy (JIMA), which is equipped with the internationally recognized Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) education system from Toronto, Canada. This offers the first opportunity in Jeju to experience a premium music academy that awards RCM certification.

Furthermore, with the scheduled opening of the second entrance road to English Education City in 2023, commuting to international schools is expected to be shortened to 6 to 7 minutes, significantly improving educational accessibility.

Additionally, the private security system for hotel-style mixed-use services will allow residents to enjoy convenient living with Jeju Bank and various brand stores planned to open within the complex. Inside the units, full-option home appliances are provided free of charge, and specialized features include an air shower system that removes fine dust at the entrance, Jeju’s first automatic entrance sliding door, and electric curtains. The kitchen is equipped with European-style ceramic countertops, and the bathroom features top-quality sanitary fixtures, using finishing materials found only in high-end townhouses in the Jeju area.

Meanwhile, the sales schedule for ‘Ian La Scala’ will begin with the grand opening on May 27, followed by designated unit subscription on June 1 and 2, and contracts will be signed over two days on June 4 and 5. Notably, no separate subscription savings account is required, there is zero interest on interim payments, and there are no restrictions on resale of the sales rights. Therefore, resale is possible immediately after the contract, attracting interest from investors.
