[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Geon-ju] The Jeonju Office of Education Wee Center is hosting a 'Psychological Healing Art Contest to Overcome COVID-19.'
On the 29th, the Jeonju Office of Education announced that it will hold a contest for elementary, middle, and high school students in the district to raise awareness about preventing COVID-19 infection.
This contest will reveal various incidents and stories experienced as guardians and children spend more time together at home due to COVID-19.
The submission formats include drawings (size 8), poems, essays, comics (4-cut, 8-cut), photos, and UCCs.
The contest theme can be based on positive or negative experiences related to COVID-19.
The submission period is until June 8, and participants can download the application form by accessing the Jeonju Office of Education website → Wee Center → Notices, fill it out, and submit it via email, mail, or in person.
A total of 23 winners will be awarded regardless of format, and winners will receive prizes such as cultural gift certificates and food items.
A Jeonju Office of Education official said, "We hope this will be an opportunity for students to develop self-regulation, a sense of control, and psychological immunity in crisis situations."
